COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION:    Under 2000 Sq. Ft:    $285.00
(For each additional 500 Sq. Ft. add an additional $30.00)
(Out-buildings are extra, except detached garages)

 

CONDOMINIUM INSPECTION:    Under 1750 Sq. Ft:    $245.00
(For each additional 500 Sq. Ft. add an additional $15.00)

 

RE-INSPECTIONS:    $60.00

 

PEST AND DRYROT INSPECTION:    $135.00

 

RADON TESTING:    $95.00

RADON TESTING WITH FULL HOME INSPECTION:   $60

 

Payment by cash or check due upon completion of the inspection.
